Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Order lost during transit

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
